I definitely recommend Robert for any B&P inspection. I've used his service twice so far and am very happy with his experience, skill, thorough inspection and detailed report. Robert has saved me heaps of money twice on purchasing wrong houses as he picked the red flags and pointed them out. Surely I will use his service again in the future if needed. I have done a B&P inspection through another guy once but he was not detailed enough and his tools did not seem to be advanced. Thanks Robert for your awesome job.

No. MEC Builders will not quote to do building work on houses we inspect. This is because we want the client to feel comfortable that we are conducting an ethical inspection and not attempting to obtain additional contracts.
Never. MEC Builders has been inspecting houses for 20 years and as such even though we know most agents we only meet them during the course of an inspection. Even if the Agent has recommended us we still remain ethical and ensure that the inspection is a fair representation that you as our clients require.
Yes we encourage clients to discuss positive or negative feedback so that we can answer those concerns. Communication is very important to our clients.
